Guess this is one of the few times I am lucky to be playing Boundless from Asia. My connection to all servers has not had any issues.

If it’s a general traffic issue, your vpn tunnel is likely to run into the same slowdown
eh… it depends on how your vpn provider is routing traffic. I have had way more stable connections to eve online when routing out of the uk because their servers are there when the us route was taking in new york.
the issue with boundless is the servers are in all of the regions so you cant really use a vpn to get a better connect to all of them, the best you can do is find a provider that also use AWS and just try different exit nodes which hopefully bypasses whatever your local route is getting hung up on.
I have noticed today that Phemorium was loading chunks really slow compared to other planets today, it felt like a new sov planet on first exploration.
