i have just bought the game and when i start the game i get a message saying that my character cannot be found.
I’m having the exact same issue, on PS4.
We will review this urgently.

Is there any method of submitting a report on PS4? Would love to be of use if possible
I’m having the same problem. i got into the characterr creator and then it said it wasn’t available when i tried saving my character. when i restart the game i get the same screen as above. submitting a report as well
on what platform?
PC for me. just got it through the humble bundle because a friend reminded me about it.

don’t be sorry about the issues, i’m still super exited to play. really i’m not surprised that i tried to ham-fist my way into the server the second it went live and something went a little wrong. I’m pretty happy that i seem to have caught everyone at their desk.
