Seeking Silk Yellow metamorphic rock or paint

Anyone happen to have any laying around? May need it for starting my project back up, as I’ve been trying to get the motivation to play again and continue where I left off. Need it for building some ruins, so any colors that may be very slightly different yellowish hues or compliment different kinds of ruined patterns are welcome as well.

As are hints about making ruins, honestly. Kinda new to it, but been planning stuff for actual years about it.

You can get a heap of silk yellow igneous rock on Serpensarindi (there are a couple of public diamond farms you can access from the dragon Serp hub) and use a transformation chisel to change it to metamorphic. I don’t currently have any silk yellow met stones though, I just checked.

lol… silk yellow? most hated color in this game? really?

That is because in the beginning of the game, (before exos and private planets) there was only 1 planet with gleamballs that was easy to farm.

So it was the gleamcolor many people use for all gleam-related builds.
And many get tired to see it everywhere. :slight_smile:

But that is not the colors fault..

It’s to fit a specific stone color from another game, and silk yellow happened to fit it more or less perfectly. The stone looks fine imo.

I also don’t really want to get a chisel and change so much stone right now, which is why I seek it if someone already has the stuff in a waste pile somewhere and aren’t using it by some chance. Trying to not burn myself out on the grinding while I’m actively trying to return to the game little by little.

If You want i can change colour on a planet with a week left to go.

Nah, trying to reference the Asura and their way of building in Guild Wars 2.

@Ocfos

Yes, exactly.

It helps the Asura look a bit similar to the characters from Boundless. Just a lot shorter.
