Also, see if there are gaps. There are plenty at the moment, so think about specialising and advertise that. Maybe it’s food and resources for cooking/brewing, etc. I remember when Atlases first came in, @Simoyd pretty much cornered the market in Early Access by making sure he was first to sell them, and sell them all.

Yeah I want to get into doors and decorative blocks actually - Just need to get my setup properly going… Atleast that will be the first store I will be making properly in our little settlement.

Volume
You can sell cheap blocks, like refined wood or refined stone, if you have them in volume. If someone wants a specific color of a specific type of block for their build, they are going to want buy it by the smart-stack. If someone is buying a supply of orbs or seeds or milk to craft foods/tools they probably don’t just want one or two. Having a few things in volume can be a lot better than having a small quantity of many different things. Try to specialize and people will come back if the price is right.
