Monumental is aware of the connectivity and server issues and are currently looking into the issue. Please be patient as this issue is being resolved.

While I was connected to Kol Huroo tonight, the Game Server response became very irregular, then went into a permanent “unresponsive” state, but allowed me to continue to travel about the planet. Existing creatures were no longer moving, all signs went blank, and all portal blocks vanished. After a few minutes of this, it kicked me out, I restarted the game, was allowed into the Sanctum, but the portal to the world said the Game Server was offline. After a minute, it started repeatedly trying to connect to the world and timing out, over and over. Then after about five minutes, it finally connected to the world. I’m back in the world, but the unresponsiveness is happening again. Is it just me? Or is there a real problem with the servers right now?
The game went into permanent “unresponsive” state without kicking me out again. I quit the game, restarted my PC, and am trying to launch the game and it says my character is still connected to the World, which seems way too long for that condition (usually takes only a few minutes to clear; now it’s been ~10 minutes+ and no signs of clearing).
Really weird night for the servers tonight.

is Kol Huuro your region planet?
i usually got this problems trying to get to planet isnt my EU native region im playing from, if im trying to get to NA/AUS server planets i usually got unplayable connections, timeouts at servers or rubberbanding after entering such planets, it now game fault, it data pocket losts at routing between EU and Na/AUS servers, usually it takes few / several minutes of reloading game waiting for stable routing 
if you have problems at your own region, it might be reason of your own ISP, especially if youre at not stable wifi connection

Kol Huroo is not in my region, but I spend most of my time there and have a decent experience most of the time. I was going to try some other planet but currently can’t get into the game at all because of the “Character still connected” error that will not clear (been over 40 minutes now).
I’m going to turn it off for the night and try again tomorrow.
BTW, this is PC through Steam. SpeedTest shows my local connection is okay, but I can’t tell anything about that trans-oceanic cable .

No matter what I do i get a universe timeout. It says it may be down or just unresponsive but I see nothing anywhere of an update ?

basically my game endlessly sits on loading screen “buugi logged in”

there is still something wrong, i can log on my home world but all other worlds seems offline
portal from Dzassak to Circapurous
portal from DZassak to T3 Kakarot sov works fine
perma worlds from T3 Kakarot:
REFGAR is offline
SOCHALTIN is offline
GLOVIANTOSA is offline
LAMBLIS is offline
ARIE is offline
BESEVRONA is offline
at sanctum it shoved multiple planets offline.
i couldnt even make it to dzassak as i tried cause noticed you used that one.
I can access Storis and Angel and Kakarot via portals on Storis. But I can’t access Circ.

yes, i tried all portals from Kakarot and portals from other hubs, Circa is offline from any other planets i was able to get from Kakarot
