-aoe armor buff for allies (maybe forgeable??)

I heard a suggestion that there could be a forge or augment to allow you to pick up everything in a storage if you break it. Couldnā€™t it for anything else until itā€™s empty or couldnā€™t use it for anything else at all when forged or augmented. Not sure how it would only be from a broken storage and not just extra inventory slots. Maybe augment could help with that?

Well I am most certainty surprised. As someone who hates ranged combat and only enjoys melee, this is a step in the right direction and it gives me some hope that melee weapons may indeed come out.

I do hope one will have the option to be able to dual wield shields for an added defensive bonus

I also do hope that one can shield bash a target for a bit of a knock back effect or other type of short CC on to the target(s) hit.

I have been wondering why we donā€™t have shields now so Iā€™m definitely in favor of shields. I like the idea of using them to bash as well. :sunglasses:

Maybe since we will have shields they can move the defense boons from being forged in weapons and such to being forged in the shield. When armour comes out can be added to them also. This makes me sense to me then how it is now.

Nice shields! Can I have 2 shields please 1 for my back so people cant stab me from the back and 1 to stop any bullcrap from others, thank you!

I can imagin a lot of Actions / Boons with the Shield

Boons like Kinetic Armor, Kinetic Resistance or a
Protection Boon, like the Epic 3 Skill.
In Combat i would like some Actions like Shield Slam or Kind of a Shield Charge Move
And in the Skill Pages you could put something like Shield Mastery / Shield Epic to get some % more Protection from the Shield and its Boons

I love the Imagination of a Close Combat Hunter with Fist and Shield or maybe a upcomming Spear or something
