Boulder, plant and mushroom stands/baskets are invisible from Knowledge tab. You can see the info from your own stand when setting price thought.

Do you mean the items are not showing up when you enter them into the search bar?
Also, could you list the specific items by name? For example, I presume you were referring to the to the fungus and lamella items when you said mushroom.
this will be fixed in the next update.

Which is happening with Dark Glass BTW…
All stuff gathered with epic gathering trait + shovel: Boulder Ring, Rosetta Nox, Glow Cap Fungus, etc.
You can see the items in Knowledge base, but shop lists are always empty.
