Bought a sovereign on the 18th Feb, but still haven’t received the configure world email (I did get the purchase confirmed email and have looked in all the usual places).
Have sent 3 emails to support but no reply.
I already bought a couple of worlds a few weeks back and want to renew, but obviously not going near the shop again until I see some sign of life.
I understand things might be in a state of flux at the mo but still…

Not sure this will help you. But my last planets configuration went into a different folder on my iphone. Got the confirmation of buying the planet in my primary.
And the planet configuration went in a transaction folder.
Took me longer than it should have for me to find it. lol.
Just to be clear, have checked all my Gmail folders, including using the search function.
To be honest, out of the hundreds of worlds I’ve bought, this will only be the second time I’ve had a serious problem, so not bad going.
Just doesn’t bode well for any future purchases.

Just a question is your Forums email address the same as your boundless account Email? I used to get my emails for planets/fuel at one then awhile back they started going to the other one. I mean that shouldn’t be the case as you received a confirmation e-mail of the purchase. Was that email from Monumental or just your payment processor? If it was from Monumental it should have arrived at the same email account… Just a thought in case you have different emails for each.

We have not received any emails regarding your issue, are you able to confirm the email address you sent them to?
We have also not received any other requests from players not receiving emails after purchases. Are you receiving other emails just fine to your email address? Is there a chance this could be related to the email address that you’re using?

I sent emails to boundless@monumental.io, via the order confirmed email, and support@playboundless.com. All sent via my boundless account email and my payment (paypal) email. All emails confirmed as sent on the 19th, 20th, and 24th and none returned.
After my purchase of a 3km sovereign on the 18th feb, I only received the order confirmed email and not the order purchase email which contains the configure world link.
Have checked all my gmail folders
Had previously bought 3 worlds on the 6th and 7th of feb, all of which came through as normal (all emails present and correct)
Can you try sending another request to support@monumental.io?
That way I can get a ticket open and gather more information from you.

I’m sure you have already, but could you mention your order number? Maybe they could locate your order that way and send you a new configuration email.

No worries! It looks like you did send your requests to the correct email, but for some reason they did not come through.

Support@playboundless.com should still be active, as we have received requests recently directly to that inbox.
If for some reason you are not receiving a reply in a timely manner, you can then default to support@monumental.io.
I’m not sure if this was a one-off case where the emails weren’t being received, but the primary email should work just fine for the most part.
