Quirk sinking feeling makes you hold your breathe when being underwater for longer period, but it also makes you to regain oxygen slower - Is this a bug or as intended ?
It has always been that way for me. I want to say intended but I do not know for sure.
just unequip the item for when you get up. it’ll help out >:D

I suspect that technically, it’s not regaining slower, i just has to regain more.
