They have no assigned colour so no, they cannot be sprayed
They are always snot green

Darn! This might turn into a suggestion thread because I would use more if they weren’t the color they currently are.
Use ice and lollipop. Ice its like a slide block.
Although if you need it for other purposes than sliding thats tricky
