Smart Stack of Hammers not registering damage or buffs correctly

I noticed a bug today while mining on Velustral.

Im using the standard T7 damage hammer on Velustral with a minor strength brew, while hammers are equipped via the smart stack i have to hit blocks twice.

i equipped the same hammer out of the smart stack to the tool bar and now im able to single hit normal blocks as expected.

The hammer in slot 1 is doing full damage and the smart stack in slot 2 is acting like my minor strength brew is not applying.

same forges on both the hammer at the top of the stack and the 2nd hammer i stuck in the 1st slot.

I tried equipping the hammer that i was using out of the top of the stack and the issue went away.

The issue went away after leave the game and logging back in.

the only other thing i can think of is the same smart stack has a emerald water breaker at the bottom of the stack

Have you seen this occur since then?

I have not seen the issue return since that one incident.
