What mysteries? Who cares about Oort? And building a Civilization does nothing but give a hub for people to talk, which they can do in Discord, on the Forums, or outside the game in any other form.
Do a search on Google for “Sony Cross Play Announcement”.
A shared universe including XBox players may become a thing in the future. You never know.
Rocket League/Psyonix is working hard to be able to “cross-play” with Xbox1 soon. Fortnite is the first.
