Take them out of sunlight. Wherever they are at is registering sunlight on the crops
Okay I will try that (they are boxed in mainly)

I do a double wall and ceiling setup that is unchiseled to prevent this

Blocking any existing sunlight seems to have solved the issue thank you @blinvir
