So I started the tutorial to see it for myself and went through the portal.
I had to start getting timber so I quit to resume later.
I resumed later and found myself in the tutorial room.
The spawn guy is gone 1 warp is active with my beacon in sight.
1 Warp inactive with no destination
Thought i’d notify
This is intended. When you die you are sent back to the sanctum with an open warp to your previous location. The other warp you can set to any other destination you feel.
