Do you mean the gift cards? They add balance to your steam wallet, and gc/cubits is bought using wallet credit, so it should work

Oh right, I have no idea how steam wallet works tbh, I’ve only bought directly with my debit card. And only gotten GC from Deluxe Upgrade.
