Stuck on chiseled block

I keep getting stuck here

Cant get out grappling, jumping or walking I need to break the block to release myself

I cant get it to happen again, but It happens frequently when I walk over any of the slides

Oh I just found how to do it.
If you walk towards the corner, you get stuck. Some times you can get out some times you don’t

when this happens to me, I just return to sanctum.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve added this to the bug database. I’ve also noticed that it’s not a standard diagonal block, as it looks like it was chiselled further underneath it.
