All of these, mentioned above, are giving half of what they are meant to give example the glow cap are suppose to give 100xp but are giving 50xp instead. I’m going to assume that every surface ressorce that was changed are giving half as well. I was on galan when i noticed this.
Did you have a defeat penalty active? I ran in to this the other day and it was the defeat penalty in my case.

This is like the best thing for me as explorer. I took yesterday and gain 50k exp for just gathering plants and enjoying the game !
