im going to get screeenshots of what i mean to show people the difference between some capitals, i agree some are amazing, others are just no.
oh and with those cities some are built very far away so no one knows where they really are, where as the capital is a designated area. and the cities on teh concept art are concepts of what players build i really doubt anyone will build like that

The capitals always look ugly. there is about 3 worlds that good builders have built round the capital
oh really? i think its just you who have too high standards. so while i see your opinion i just disagree, you seem to say ‘‘only some people should be allowed to build, and those have to be a certain style, everything i dont build is ugly except for a few things’’ its just a bit… well matter of opinion i guess. but as i mentioned this is off topic 
If you look at capitals everything is out of place gleam everywhere bare building, half buildings, unfinished buildings, random blocks placed everywhere

Players will appeal more to nice builds, its a more attractive point to a game, some people just et put off and quit due to what we have the now

i think the opinion and idea is great. it is a good discussing if there should be pre generated capitals, but using an argument that ‘‘almost everything playerbuild will be ugly and out of place, hence we shouldnt allow them to build at the capital’’ is kinda what gets me 
im not even saying pregenerated though i’m saying built by the best builders so far which one of which is Dark Repulsor and the guy who constantly makes new Mage towers.
i now what you mean but i am also in a way bringing a common view from alot of people from who i have talkd to so far in voice chats, they also think that alot of capitals are just ruined at the moment due to the fact no one really knows what they are doing when it comes to building. more players that are mmo related or minecraft players that do pvp and thats it, if you get fps solely players they will most likely build not great building but quite basic, im not saying its bad cause at one time i was building basically dirt huts in minecraft, but you will also get other mmo players that don’t want to build, but they want good cities because alot of what mmo players do is grind and then sell their goods from grinding and if they were to build it would be the basic stuff too.
i Have a bad OCD for stuff when it comes to building etc, so most likely while wandering minecraft if i see a bad build i wont destroy it i will simply upgrade it to make it look more pleasing, i know its bad but i also think this way in real life, there are so many houses i would just tear down to rebuild in order for them to look nicer.
its also when ive been showing people the game in order to let them see what it is like through skype video theve been put off buying it due to the fact it just looks ‘greifed’ or ‘basic’
i live with the stuff the now by going far away, hence why gasan im over 2k blocks from spawn and on my own 2 islands.

as i said. that is a problem i agree, but if they get world regen to work well then that will be fixed, and then only those who uses beacons will be able to keep their stuff, hence limiting griefing
but apologies, i know you did your best, i guess i was just in a bad mood, while you might not mean harm though you might still hurt people. those who worked their best to make something cool for people to enjoy or those who worked really hard to get a good capital
