Havran I has been offline for a while in test.
I tried to create a new character and it seems that Europe, USA East and Australia are all offline on test. I would let me start and go to a USA West planet Dand.
Yes, I can see that the world’s been going offline a few times today. @blake and @lucadeltodecso have been told about it.
I have tried logging a few times today starting about 3 hours ago and have had no luck.
