Look the picture below this ingame Quest i can Not achieve . I use heal bombs lvl 3 and through them Düring Meteor hunts so normaly IT should Work but IT dies Not. Perhaps Somebody can Help
Sometimes they won’t complete unless you have them pinned to your UI. Just yesterday, I have a level 47 character that I had to find a region with a new atlas equipped…that I had already done numerous times. But didn’t register as complete till I had the objective pinned and had to do it one more time

If this is not registering at all maybe reason is behind change of how these bombs were before.
Energy buff was own boon and did feed player instead of giving energy.
- Fixed an issue where level 3 healing bombs were healing hunger instead of energy. As we all know, you can’t eat bombs! (Release 207: Body Paint and New Elemental Worlds!)
