I was on Shedu Tier headed to the new Exo Scutu. Someone was already there opening a portal. The portal activated, and he smacked it to open it. It would not load up, and neither of us could go through the portal. So I tried opening a warp to the Exo so that we both could get there. Same thing happened, the portal would not completely open so that we could go through. It also took coin from the both of us, activating the portal.
