Yes - but not simultaneously.

You might if you have two different keys and steam accounts linked to those keys.
If you need to run 2 games at the same time you need 2 steam accounts both with there own copy of the game… if you are doing it on the same PC you have to lanch one game use task manager to kill “steam client bootstrapper” (important) this closes steam while keeping the game open. Next reopen steam (you may need to uncheck auto login) and login to your other acct. and lanch the game.
Done! Two games at the same time… if you need 2 steam accts at the same time you can use sandboxie… but it’s not very convenient =(
