Is anyone else currently getting this message? I’ve had it come up on two of my characters, and the game closes down. Both characters were on Lasaina when it occurred. @jon-eric is this something you can help with?

Yeah I can’t get in on PS…
Im able to play as PC but the kids and Hubby cant log in on Ps5.
Scratch that… just got kicked off line “Your connection to the Game Server has been lost”
I get either “Unable to Connect…” or “Your Character Cannot be Found.”
EDIT: Also, “Your Connection to the Game Server Has Been Lost.”
Works just fine for me, on PC

Its PS ..PS Network does show as up.
Jon-Eric is aware and looking into this.
Hi, I haven’t found anything clearly wrong. I restarted the discovery servers but I think they were working. It might be a networking issue between PSN and AWS.

I just tried to log into the game and got the Your character can not load message, then it quit back to desktop. I am on a PC
I can connect on PC.
Tried again and got Your connection to the game server has been lost
All Homeworlds are loading on PC
I’m on PC and can’t even get to Sanctuary since I got kicked off this morning

I was able to play for a while on PC and now cant open doors/chests or use anything in my tool belt or swap tools.
Yea it seems pretty sporadic been in game a bit without any issue.
I’ve finally gotten back in, and been able to go through portals on Lasaina
Mostly curious about PS players and if they can log in.

attempted to change character and lost connection again. But at least I got the portals topped up, so I might just give up for the day
Seems like the PS issue has been resolved. I saw a few on PS today.
