Underground farms

So I wanna to put oat and wheat farm underground above ground I get 220% crop. But blow ground I get 160% crop will still produce crop also I am using gleam lanterns and also switch between white gleam refine to see if makes any difference but it’s doesn’t seem to be

Light shouldn’t affect the yields, only growth time. So there’s probably something different about the layout?

this is the start of it sides are mud and water and silty soil
