Chunk Download Rate was at Low. Changed it to min.
I could not copy the debugg info. Did not know how to the post it on here so I took screenshots.

Can you also expand the Latency Histogram?
So when I had the connection errors. it jumped to over 2,000ms…
Got the fibre broadband this weekend - ping 20-40ms, download approx 32-39mb, upload 9-11mb and zero packet loss 
… Boundless is running great with no dropped connections so it was definitely the quality of the standard broadband that was causing the problem …Thanks for your help with trying to diagnose this
