I managed to log in fine, and created a character called ‘Jyanin’, which I think is correct and what you expect?

Then I got distracted and starting the tutorial…I even bumped in to someone else within 2 minutes…which was odd :stuck_out_tongue:

i don’t know about boundmore but i’ve already created a “Jiivita” but Jivita and Jiivana should be reserved but not on this version of testing =)

Yeah I got exactly on the island I aimed for.

Got automatically logged in.
Couldn’t use name of other account.
Could use name of own account.
Liked the new simplified tutorial in the sanktum.
Character model got saved.
Good job. :+1:

Edit:
Importing steam friends doesn’t work.
I really like that you can see your level progress as a bar in the exchange. Really good addition.

Completely understandable since it is “test”. I was just looking to see basically if this was the new universe infrastructure that was being used forward.

Also, thank you very much for putting the “magnetic grab” distance back to being farther.

Hope you guys get night and day matched for players at some point… kind of funny that reapa11 and I are playing and it isn’t synced… he is night and I’m day.

I know at one point until you completed some part of the tutorial, it never got dark for your character. Could this be the issue?

@blake they are correct, my confusion was that my main got deleted from the other live branch because only one character slot so i guess this is why i was able to call it that name?

But as i go to the Main testing acocunt i cannot call myself my alt :slight_smile:

I can’t find any gold or silver on Marvoni, i’m not sure this is intended.
Starting planets won’t have any lava at bottom of the planet? I found only water there.

  1. We’ve changed the new user experience to remain day time until you reach a certain point in the tutorial.

  2. We have a new 50:50 day/night cycle coming.

will it be synchronized between players, so there is no situation like before when 2 different players standing at the same spot on a planet have different day time?

so, are we going to be able to ever force delete our only character (for those who think they made a mistake)? and also are our testing characters going to be removed on reset? I ask so i can call myself Barneylee without using character slot etc :slight_smile:

there is no report issue topic for this so I’ll do it here:

So, I do this:

  1. spend some skill points
  2. confirming my choice (the confirm button bottom of the skill tree screen)
  3. use esc or tab to quit the skill tree
  4. the system still asks me to confirm changes

I saw this too, you have to say no and then it goes away. But it shouldn’t be asking when its already confirmed so it is a bug
