Maybe ping player if you can find him/her on forums, might be a rescue operation instead stealing 
I don’t remember any instances where there were errors in beacon fuel, mostly users don’t get it right (beginners) or miscalculate period. Anyway sorry that it happened to you, I had more than fair share of regenerated builds 
at least you might be able to save this one if you find player.
