I have plenty of stuff to planned, but it got me thinking: What is there to do in Boundless?
This could help new players who don’t know what to do AND old players who have run out of things to do.
Fill the comments with ideas. They can be basic af, or weird and random as shhh…
I started a new project in an attempt revive what was my first guild. But that was 5 years ago and my memory isn’t what it used to be. I also don’t have screenshots. So now I’m just building a new structure on the ground that the village used to cover. No matter where I go or move to, I always come back to Raxxa, the planet I started on.
Probably gonna stay there and expand little by little over time.
The game can get a bit grindy, so every couple of weeks I like to get in game and do none of the things I’m supposed, I go play tourist instead. Wandering around different planets checking out new builds, and revisiting old favourites. Sometimes I will jump though portals just to see where they go, that’s even better if I have a friend to jump through portals with, but still fun even on my own.
I,m struggling at the moment, in hospital, on what feels like the wrong drugs, unable to interact well or think of anything creative to do, so i’m just embracing the grind so I can feel like I am achieving something, without having to put any thought in. I have one build that is a 10x10 plot of solid black concrete im slowly building in these times (i imagine when i come out the other side of this rough spot ill build it into something beautiful) and im collecting as much sap and gleam as i can muster so i feel like im contributing to the games future. I find it really hard to think of the future when in a tricky spot, but have found the grind gives me moments of solace where i think of all the different things i might be contributing to. This is one of my favourite parts of boundless being an MMO, even in the darkness i can feel like I’m contributing to something beautiful.

I go through spurts of creativity. The game as a new player is pretty fun, but it is a bit of a grind. Really though you can get up and going if you know what you are doing pretty quickly.
That said, if you enjoy building cool things that really the end game. Getting enough materials and coins to support all of your building is quite fun and pretty unlimited.
There is plenty to do like hunting, building, exploring, planet purchasing, etc.
All depends on what your cup of tea is.
