Yeah, I had issues doing the same getting AI to generate the colors. Importing the palette into GIMP then converting to Indexed without dithering using the Boundless palette works pretty well.

I can’t use Musinex. Stuck with just using Nyquil…
few years back when covid was in pandemic state me and my family become its voctim - we all got
BUDEZONID inhaler to use it once a day for 10 days, also paracetamol for fever
Budezonid is asthma medicament but covid is strongly sensitive for its chemical compound and it protecting your lungs 
both medicaments you mentioned are ordinar flu / cough treatment
Think we only got the musinex for Dad cuz he can’t mix the stuff mom got with his neuropathy meds and dementia meds (helps more with neuropathy) Mom got some steroids and anti-biotics. Anti-virals would have been better all around probably… 95% over it now.
