Sounds reasonable. you just need to keep in mind that you cannot use both clicks the same time … But if that is to op in the minds of the devs I would suggest to add a small cooldown to the hook so that quick travelling will be nerfed a bit 
but how badass would it be to mine twice as fast with dual hammers!?
This sounds quite promising, can´t wait to check it out myself.
But now I can´t help but think/hope that we will get a kinda skyrimish ambidextrous combat system 
Kinda want one, especially as I use a thumb trackball mouse
But I have a Mac
and the last I heard they didn’t work with the Mac AT ALL despite being advertised as being mac compatible
Haven’t checked again since
