What do you play on?

I’m just curious. I know this reflects only those on the forums.
I made it so (hopefully) you can’t see who chose what, but you’re free to comment what you play as well. PS4 player, myself.
Also, please refrain from shaming anyone for what they play on. We all have our reasons.

  • PS4

This will be a biased poll and won’t work. P.C players are way more likely to use a forum then PS4 players.

I would bet overall there are more PS4 players though, because most marketing etc… from the publisher was for the PS4. It was just dumped on steam, and semi forgotten.

I guess we’ll find out.
Like I said, I’m just curious. Overall I think there are more PC players, but I see a fair number of active PS4 players on these forums as well.

I play on PS4, I own both versions but I find myself remote playing the PS4 version even on PC because of the amount of progress on my ps4 as that’s where i play the most I use my PC one to transfer stuff like money more easily now

If you try to talk to alot of the people you meet youll get the feeling there are alooot of ps4 players.

The long deathstare you get when you say Hi!!
2 min later you recive.

«Hi, sorry ps4 slow type» :stuck_out_tongue:

Most of us ps4 players also have keyboards

I so wish you could use a single account on both pc and ps4, with access to the same chars anyways. As a ps4 player, it’s rare to get more than a wave from me. I feel bad about it at times but it is SO cumbersome to type without a keyboard(yes I know, USB keyboard).

The ps4 death stares ive experiences says otherwise. :stuck_out_tongue:

Doing a wave isn’t that bad on ps4. Open chat press triangle and go to emotes and click wave. Faster to do that opposed to typing it out

I have a keyboard, an old Mac bluetooth one that works really well, just I’m too lazy to switch it on half the time. So death stares and jumping up and down with the occasional wave is all people get :D.

i’m playing boundless on the nvidia shield (geforce now)
i do use the ps4 controller for that and for chatting i use my laptop thats bluetooth connected to the nvdia shield android box.
my ps4 is afk on gta making money.
and the laptop i need to work on. so yeah android box all way! (unless i had no choice)

guess am the only so far using this setup? haha

I have a keyboard but if i’m lying back on the sofa sometimes I just can’t be bothered putting pad down and reaching for kb:p
I’m also using the virtual kb to write this (15 seconds to type 34 letters and a few spaces)

Um…what you said makes no sense… plus your name says you’re using Steam.

@Honourless so like 5 words a minutes?

But…I wrote 9 words in 15 secs. < I got that out in 8 secs, ps4 master race

@Honourless
It takes anyone with a keyboard half the time at least, to type even this reply that I am stating now which as a word count of who knows what…

Average word has 5-6 letters… We will say 5 for easy math… 34/5 gives us 6.8… so lets help you out and round that to 7 words per 15 seconds. 7*4 = 28 words a minute.

The average person types between 38 and 40 words per minute… gamers most likely would be able to double the average WPM that a normal user in that average would be able to do… you get where this is going.

Again using 40 for easy math… 40/4 = 10 words per 15 seconds.

The average person (your mom) can still do 30% faster typing on a keyboard…

P.C Master Race

You - 7 words in 15 seconds.

Your mom - 10 words in 15 seconds.

Your mom wins.

Damn man, you’re a really intense fella, aren’t you?

i’m using steam but steam on Geforce NOW see https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/geforce/products/geforce-now/supported-games/

(nvidia shield accepts android game/ Genforce NOW games/steam games/ or just stream to it from laptop/pc)

it accepts any controller so also the ps4 controller, connects that using cable or bluetooth.

then as for typing in game i use http://www.acrosscenter.com/

its connects your pc/laptop with other devices so i just connect to the Nvidia shield tv using bluetooth as wel
and i can swap between the Nvidia shield and the laptop with a press of a button.
