I feel like I need a series intro like @Jiivita has
Aaaaanyways, My rambling babble brain came up with a suggestion. This is related to the whole stone/rock exp, but let us leave all those comments for other threads that already exist.
This one could die within hours, or even minutes, but give me a moment to natter on.
WHAT IF. What if alongside the current plots on level up and bought with cubits, we also had a system that ties with prestige. The higher the prestige goes, the beacon itself earns plots?
We know beacons earn their own coin (many other threads, please donât do it), and can keep track of plots in use. So why not allow beaconâs plots to naturally grow.
Sure youâd have to invest 5/10 plots and a good build (based on new prestige calcs) to start earning beacon plots, but why not? This could allow towns, cities even private homes to grow almost naturally.
So this would work on total beacon prestige, you could place these plots where-ever you like so long as theyâre attached to plots within the beacon.
Perhaps as a slight alternative to their own plots, maybe beacon plots would self generate once a single plot reaches a certain prestige.
Letâs say plot prestige would need to be 10k to trigger neighbouring beacon plots. Once a plot hit that number, all adjacent plots would become beacon plots.
Cue bad picture! Obviously a side-on cut through, donât ask me for 3D, not right now!
I hope that makes some sense. Iâd suggest that you would be able to remove these beacon plots with the deplotter, and maybe when adding plots, a system checks if itâd be from your stack or the beacons.
Aaaaand, of course these plots would self-remove if a plot drops below prestige, Iâd hope with some sort of visual warning
Thatâs all for now, itâs a bit of a ramble, but thatâs how my brain works!
Thanks for reading!
