I was going to craft a Portal Conduit and I thought I had everything, but I was missing power. What even is power and how do I get it? Hopefully someone else will know.

coils or advanced coils that you place 1 block from the machine, reg coils = 100 power, and adv = 300
You need power coils.

TAB menu has a knowledge part that will show everything.
Will only show him the stuff he has knowledge for I thought. So if he doesn’t have the required skill or not at a high lvl it won’t up. But I could be mistaken.
Knowledge goes to Recipes and Resources. It shows everything in game.
I don’t remember having everything when I started but I can’t verify unless I delete all my characters cause once it’s done on one it’s on all
Knowledge was changed to show all recipes some patches ago, but it might still have some level requirement before more stuff comes available there.

I can confirm lvl requirements. Checked my lvl 1 character and I can’t see gem tools or coils dunno what else
Edit: 306 things on my lvl 1 character and 835 things in my lvl 100+ character in the knowledge tab.
My bad, I have always went there and knew a lot of people didnt know it was even there. Never has the item not been there.

I would recommend buying at least 5 advanced workbench power coils.
Those are quite cheap and after that you can make all rest yourself because you have enough power to do more advanced ones.

Unless you are a higher level you probably can’t make the advanced power coils. The main reason is the requirements, Example you have to make gold alloy, then compact gold, then refined gold and last the machine gold. You will need one gold bar and 1 copper bar to make a gold alloy, but you will need 10 total of the gold alloy. You need 10 gold alloy to make compact gold, so you need 50 gold alloy to make the 10 compact gold. Then, I think five compact gold to make one refined gold alloy and five refined gold alloy to make machined gold alloy.
That doesn’t include the cost of the gems, and how many you need to make the refined gems. Which is just for one advanced coil and for most recipes you need 5 advanced coils.
I did the math when I was making them, it was cheaper to buy them already made (at the price of 2,500 coins).
I had thought the Knowledge gave info on all items, what each was, what it was used for and where to find it. When I go to make a item I don’t have the level to make then it doesn’t show up in the recipes when I go to the machine to make it. Knowledge lets me know what level I have to be to make it or to make the items I need to make it.
