Thank you for all the reply’s everyone. I guess I need to learn more about the game. I don’t really want to join someone else’s already developed city. Is there a way to attract people to something you construct? I may be interested in a small team of players but nothing with more than 5.

Hahaha no friend, i think you just misread the 2nd “l” in level as if it were lv. l6
But the current top tier is 6 and the abbreviation used there is lvl not lv.
Not gonna lie i did too at first but recognized alcyon at the bottom and took a second look

Does it matter what level planet you decide to plant your home base on?
You’re not dumb friend, just misread something is all.
It def does matter what world you choose to build on as the higher tiers have progressively more difficult enemies
I would recommend staying with t3’s as a starting point tops. 4+ and it just gets unbearable with little protection or skillpoints to help you evade
