What music you listen to when you game?

Besides the uber complex grammar, German’s a pretty simple language to learn, in my opinion. Lots of cognates and similar-to-English terms.

But also a lot of false friends because of the similarities^^

True true :grin:

Thanks! Ill keep that in mind :slight_smile: Right now I’m focusing on Spanish, I figured it’d be the most useful to start with since its a romantic language and I have family members from Mexico ( plus my niece is being taught Spanish and being able to compare my knowledge of the language to a 3 year old’s’ll be a nice confidence boost ;P). French and German also piqued my interest but I figured id start with the most accessible one

um isent french like the romatic stuff

In your case spanish most likely is the most accessible one that’s true^^
But since german is almost always spelled as it’s pronounced (completely opposite to english^^) I’d say, without any other points like family members speaking said language, it might be the most accessible one.

@sikerow it is indeed^^

Thanks for the tips! I might just learn that next :smiley:

Hi @Ben ! I think I remember you being a fan of Game of Thrones. I only know the card game, but I found this:

It’s rumbling epic!

Favourite singer of modern music, if you can even call what’s played today, music https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BpTuJgMvkH4
And a whole bunch of older european folk music.

I just don’t listen anything. Either, enjoy ikon’s music while gaming, mostly when playing minecraft that i got from apknite

Most the stuff I listen to when I play, my favorites in general, are pretty obscure… a lot of Celtic-type stuff, Celtic fusions, not the really relaxing, sleepy New Age kind of music but usually with a bit more electronic influences and more upbeat. Actually, some it would make pretty good music in games, and at least one artist I like, David Arkenstone, also does game music. I seem to do better at some puzzle games like Tetris when I zone out to this kind of music, and I will do a lot in Boundless with it on, particularly mining.

Elder Scroll Soundtracks then trance from the 2000s, then back, but if there’s a genre for a mix of those, it s probably be really bad
