What’s the best WYSIWYG webpage builder for windows? For editing my BOUNDLESS website

Ideally free or open source
I used MS Word to make my website because I wanted to get it done, but I’d like to make it even more lightweight without having to write the html myself.

This is for editing a BOUNDLESS website.

I’ve used https://www.wix.com/ before. It’s browser-based and I can’t say it’s the best but I found it fairly simple to use and if you’re looking to just consolidate links and information I’d bet you could do it on here in a day.
