When I was mining for sapphire on houchus I had to times that the screen went completely black, I play on ps4, went to sanctum still was only black, I had to exit the game and reboot to have the option of seeing again, could be a bug. Also there was another player mining. When we got close to each other that is when it went wonky.
Sometimes I have to adjust my rendering settings when I play on PS4. Might be a similar issue?
