I did these last year. Didn’t turn up graphics for the shots but yeah they can grow partially or completely in water.

After completely rebuilding the ramp I’m now at this… 22 hours vs 11 hours… is the water now… not drowny enough? Slope chiseling the one block makes it now grow, but it still needs double the grow time.
