Why is forging xp so bad?

So you want your forging to succeed AND you want exp for it?

I know right. But after deconning 20 times in a row I want a little something something for my efforts.

I agree. We lose mats when deconstructing (especially if you do it on a large batch of tools and towards the end of the forging) so why not get some exp.
