Not sure what to think either, but…
He/she created his/her nickname using Latin letters so his/her keyboard was set to do so; so, I’d expect he/she is at least semi-skilled in a Latin based language (if not English, then Spanish or French or German).
This is the same person who was saying “need more chinese!” the other day. I don’t think it’s a troll.

I think he’s just having a hard time with the game, as his main language is chinese, and he doesn’t seem to be as comfortable with english as others.

Any other language than chinese, you can use to communicate comfortably? That way someone can help you out. The people that know chinese in here are fairly reduced as far as I know.
