I’m not really sure what to suggest - as many other people can take screenshots ok.
Definitely confirm that you’re running the latest graphics drivers directly from your vendor.
Can Wonderstruck’s programmers make in-game key for screenshots in future? 
Sure - but I normally want to avoid doing something that already exists.
Interestingly - I think we do have some screenshot stuff already in the game for taking hi-resolution images - like 10k x 10k. We need this for capturing marketing quality assets. We used it to capture the screen shot shown at the Paris Game’s Week - you can see it after the trailer is shown in the background.
