I purchased some world fuel a couple of days ago and received an email receipt right after purchase but I still haven’t received the code itself.
I have gone through my spam and every other folder I have in search of this email but find nothing. In an older topic about this @james asked user to PM him the necessary info, which I’ve also done… I just wish to receive this code a.s.a.p.
I wonder when the planet goes into the locked status and after the planet goes poof, while you not have received your code for your planet and none of the development team helped you out, are you then entitled to a planet creation at their cost? also do not forget that losing a planet means you lost the one and only kind you created, the next won’t be the same and CAN NOT replace the previous one.
so I say that you should be entitled to a new planet creation on their cost and as well a loss bonus for example 6 months of fuel. @james get a grip of of your support tickets please, she been messaging you for a good few days now.
If you don’t see this email, but you rec’d a receipt - as you mentioned, it should still show up in-game (correction: fuel does not). You should see it in your UI menu and be able to apply it to a planet.
The subject line of this email is the same as the receipt one, except for one word.
Subject line: “Order #1234 purchase”

if you buy planet fuel code how would the game know it was that specific account?.
since no login is required to buy the fuel code and you would only need to enter your account info IF you buy a planet ‘‘code’’
does one need to use the same mail on PayPal as the mail on boundless for this feature you mentioned to be effective??
I’m just struggling here like some others that the fuel code (planet fuel code) is not automatically applied to one’s account…
I got a planet fuel code in my mail that i always have as a backup but this is not shown in the game reclaim.

I’m just a little worried, are you going to supply codes to whomever it happens to?
