World fuel code not received - SOLVED

Hey, guys

I purchased some world fuel a couple of days ago and received an email receipt right after purchase but I still haven’t received the code itself.

I have gone through my spam and every other folder I have in search of this email but find nothing. In an older topic about this @james asked user to PM him the necessary info, which I’ve also done… I just wish to receive this code a.s.a.p.

I wonder when the planet goes into the locked status and after the planet goes poof, while you not have received your code for your planet and none of the development team helped you out, are you then entitled to a planet creation at their cost? also do not forget that losing a planet means you lost the one and only kind you created, the next won’t be the same and CAN NOT replace the previous one.
so I say that you should be entitled to a new planet creation on their cost and as well a loss bonus for example 6 months of fuel. @james get a grip of of your support tickets please, she been messaging you for a good few days now.


The key is towards the bottom.

If you don’t see this email, but you rec’d a receipt - as you mentioned, it should still show up in-game (correction: fuel does not). You should see it in your UI menu and be able to apply it to a planet.

The subject line of this email is the same as the receipt one, except for one word.
Subject line: “Order #1234 purchase”

It shows the redeemed keys, yes… but I haven’t redeemed the key since I haven’t even received it yet so that info isn’t helping me right now.

Yes, if the REDEEM button isn’t available (grayed out like the screenshot I posted), then it wasn’t added to your account. It does need to be typed or pasted in before the button is available.

Did you use the same payment method as before? The same account name & email?

So far, it does look like James will need to issue (or re-issue) you a fuel key. @james @Leahlemoncakes @vdragon @blake

One quick question, are you using gmail?

Yes, I have used the same name, payment method and gmail for my purchases and all of them have worked just fine. I buy planet fuel monthly and never had an issue until now.

Do you have the promotions tab showing in your gmail?
I’m not saying this is the case for you, but it sent the receipt to my main folder and the fuel key to my promotions folder.

hey, vex I’m wondering here…
if you buy planet fuel code how would the game know it was that specific account?.
since no login is required to buy the fuel code and you would only need to enter your account info IF you buy a planet ‘‘code’’
does one need to use the same mail on PayPal as the mail on boundless for this feature you mentioned to be effective??

I’m just struggling here like some others that the fuel code (planet fuel code) is not automatically applied to one’s account…

I got a planet fuel code in my mail that i always have as a backup but this is not shown in the game reclaim.

You are correct, it’s not automatically applied. There may be a reason they did this, I’m not sure.

@Seretti I now have an extra 30day fuel code if you’d like to use it.

I have checked every folder/tab and even searched for “Wonderstruck” but I only have received a receipt for my last purchase a few days ago.

I’m just a little worried, are you going to supply codes to whomever it happens to?
all fun and games until someone needs a 6KM one right.
anywho these support cases should be solved within a day if not less.

Well in general the system does appear to work (atm), just ordered some fuel myself worked.

Maybe you did mistype your email address.
It is possible to get receipt and not code depending of how order has been placed.

I did place order to test this out and didn’t receive code because of possibly bad email servers :smiley:

I used PayPal at checkout and as far as I know, they use the email registered to that payment method, don’t they?

Either way, I always triple-check that everything is correct before finalizing any purchase.
