World Fuel Not Received

Hey everyone,

I purchased world fuel 3 days ago and got the confirmation email immediately, as usual, but haven’t received the fuel code. I’ve never seen that not come immediately after in the few years I’ve had my world.

I sent emails to support with no reply yet. @jon-eric is this something you can handle now?

I had this happen once. If you included your order #, there should be no issue with them resending the code to you.

This happened to me once. What I ended up getting was a world code for creating a new sovereign instead.

Sorry about that. If you can tell me your order number (looks like M-1234) so I can find your order, I think I can have it resend the code.
