Why i cannot repair worn out advanced power coils with my iron spanner? I still get experience from repearing it but nothing happens, it still says worn out. Do I need higher tier spanner, like titanium one or diamond one? Btw i can normally repair them with my iron spanner, but when they are worn out i cannot.
I think you need a gem specific ones for advanced. Topaz for refinery and so on.
Titanium works, dunno about about silver/gold etc, never tried em

You can repair them with iron spanners. Even stone works. It is just really slow.
Power coils have a lot of durability points. Worn out shows for the lower end of remaining durability points.
How the durability bar works:
Worn out | Visible durability

So even when durability bar is empty there is still some durability left which is not visible

maybe it is happening because I had it worn out for a long time, and i was crafting a lot
ahh @Lorgar you are right, I was repairing it for a while and now it is repaired, thank you, guys.
I think that coils are taking damage even when they are worn out , because my advanced power coil needed

Yea if one out of 5 coils is repaired and 4 are worn out, you will be able to craft and also those worn out coils will keep getting more worn out.
My suggestion is to make sure all coils are repaired at the same rate.

And check often, I have gotten myself to check them at least twice a day and after using them even just one time. It took my generator running out and I didn’t have to make a new one but it took a while with the iron so now I use gold.
I use a copper one and have not had any problems as of yet.
