Many plants require them to be cooked to be eaten, otherwise they are poisonous. That’s how I look at the lamella.

Such as Lima beans have a compound called linamarin, which breaks down into cyanide. Cooking it for 10-20 mins makes them harmless.

I remember eating raw meat by accident on my first day. I mean we aren’t people’s, more like cave people, I mean we wear diapers. You would think we could eat raw meat :crazy_face:

I am pretty sure you can eat edible lamella as it stacks with other edible foods. At least I would swear I’ve eaten a few when getting them randomly on hunts. It’s the glowing and reactive ones you can’t eat.

Edit: yeah, just snacked one for 50 energy
