Your favorite colors for marble?

Hello everyone :wave: I just started selling marble and was wondering what colors you guys like so that I can start expanding my color options that I could sell, thanks!

All my marble cost is 25c except for the white marble when i do make it

Silk mustard :smiley: I use plenty of the stuff. Though less recently, I’ll be working on my courtyard again one day so I always keep an eye out

Cold berry, light violet and the other brighter shades are the one I usually look out for :smile:

Dark turquoise and Pale cerulean. The former goes well with gold to give a luxurious look and the latter goes well with cool blue gleam for a more practical and easier-on-the-eye build. Not sure how well it will sell though so make it at your own risk hahaha.

For something like marble, unless you are filling an order it’s going to be a waiting game. Cold berry (almost white) I would assume is one of the safer bets, but blocks and colors can be a fickle market.

I used to run a very profitable marble shop.

Without doubt the best seller was black. It would sell ten times more than any other colour.

Cold berry, dark grey and rust slate were the next most popular with random sales on everything else (exo was also popular)

Let me add, ashen grey and dark grey are great too imo. Dark grey has the looks of black but isnt as dark.

I actually found a shop that is selling marble, silk mustard color at legendville mall if you wanted to buy some :grin: they had it for 25 c

Wow those colors are crazy cool! I do have black marble like 6SS at my shop and I do make the azure and I am going to be working on dark cobalt, I guess I will just turn anything I have that is metamorphic into marble :joy:

Thibk we have some dark or shadow azure from an old build.

I got a whole bunch black right now about 6 SS in the stand, the white marble is just a pain to chisel change :sob: lol @boundmore

White is like ice. Great to manipulate with light.

Blues & hues (black, white, gray, etc)

I wish we had more shadow colors :heart_eyes:
