That doesn’t seem like a lot. I mean, can you run all of these 165 sovereign worlds on one server, and if so, how much per month is that?
I remember people from Square Enix telling us way back when that they were keeping the lights of Boundless on at a loss.

I currently own 12 sovereign planets, so I own 19.8% of active planets. I should shares in the company.

I’ve been a staunch supporter of Monumental and their acquirement of Boundless. But it’s been almost 2 years now with no updates on what’s next. The recent bans of several players has made me feel let down. And more players quit every day.
I love this game. But it’s steadily going down into an abyss with only darkness in sight.

What were the bans about? is that why they put up the terms of service? what parts were people going against>?

i think sovereign pays itself for server cost. Was the case 4 years ago when they came out not sure now with all the raise in prices.

I would add that quoting rules stated by community management can also be flagged as “inappropriate”. Nobody is safe.

The idea that some of the information shared by people on the forums could be inappropriate, over it being inappropriate to not openly communicate feels extremely absurd to me. I understand replying to a comment and giving context to avoid misunderstandings, but just plainly removing content deemed inappropriate by someone creates huge trust and understanding issues, as well as just being rude and not useful. I wonder what they are scared of… other than information of course…

My comment on the poll about gleam club where I stated much the same as two other people got moderated and removed as being inappropriate.
I just shrug my shoulders and then start thinking of my response to that action.

I suspect that the next update was too ambitious; people keep talking about the sword and shield add, but this was also when players running their own universes with mods and even designable biomes was set to emerge–that seems to me like an enormous change and last I heard they couldn’t do the parts of it separately.
