Hey, I bought gleam club logged off and came back on and now i have been banned for what i believe without reason, i was wondering if someone could get in contact with me regarding this as i am confused as i have done nothing that i know of to be banned.
Yeah, banning in Boundless currently works like god’s curses in ancinet times - you never knew which god cursed you and what for, you just knew you’re cursed…
But seriously it must have been a petition sent to the devs some time ago and it was considered just now.
Unfortunately the only option is to contact: support@turbulenz.com. Then sit and wait.
Shadowbanning is undermining any trust to the game company, but I believe it’s the only way they are able to handle it right now…

Thanks a lot, i have sent a email to them and now just waiting for a reply.
just terminology: shadowbanning is when the user doesn’t even realise they have been banned as everything appears normal to them (though they may eventually realise it has happened).

Alright, noted. Then call it sudden-banning, wth-banning out-of-the-blue-banning or any other why-am-I-banned-banning. The user gets an info: “You are currently banned from playing.”. Often days after he potentially did something that could qualify for such action, without any warning, word, explanation or basically antyhing. And that’s it.

Out of interest have you tried logging in again? I seem to recall I got some odd account related behaviour just after getting Gleam Club too but can’t remember specifics like the wording. Whatever it was, it cleared. Perhaps it misreported a confused account status between being non-GC and GC and it could now be okay.

I cant speak on whether OP deserved a ban or not but they definitely cant afford NOT banning people who deserve it.

I didnt do anything 
ive not played the game for about 2 month, log on, buy gleam club then banned.
What could people possibly do, that actually deserves a ban though?
I did that once and as soon as i was told that it was against the rules i stopped… i did it not knowing it was against the rules. This was also 3-4 month ago…
Also i’d like to add… i never did it to anyone who didn’t already have the death debuff
I also apologise to you if you were one of the people i knocked around, i was messing around having alittle bit of fun with something that was brought to my attention.
Did they email you a reason or a warning? Maybe it was flagged because of a blacklisted IP or MAC address, or duplicate accounts, sharing accounts, etc?
Regardless of reasons and circumstances, if your fun comes at the expense of others, it is inappropriate.
This is something that should be considered common sense.

This is the correct move, ban people who troll others with no mercy.
If you guys done it way earlier, more people would stay i believe.
Make bad people pay what they deserved.
And its also the right thing to do to teach them how to respect others even in real life

The item that i used to troll is no longer in the game… and it wasnt with no mercy… if it was no mercy i would have did it to everyone, where as it was mainly friends and people who was caught in the middle with the exception of 3-4 people…
