Biomes for Ancient tree type

Does anyone know what biomes have a lot of ancient trees? My planets only ever seem to have a few scattered around and it’s really hard to find anything bigger than 1 square wide

Bog biome seems to have ancient trees.

Have not seen any great ones yet on my worlds… I think the “beaches” or “palm desert” biome has some smaller ones. The “tier mountains” biome has the super tall but skinny ones.
