I recommend to add the date and time via the time stamp function (calender icon). Ive seen in the past that its not very accurately showing sometimes when someone writes. I had for example that it showed 5 mins ago and i sent the post 15 mins ago. So announcing something at least an hour ahead and adding the time stamp when the event is happening will raise the likelihood of participants

The benefit of that calendar is that it shows everyone the time and date for them wherever they are in the world. It really helps for those that don’t know what 9:00AM GMT is etc.
For example
2024-03-13T13:00:00Z
For me this says, Tomorrow 9:00AM but for others in different parts of the world it will show their time…pretty nice feature.
